All our handcrafted surfboards are carefully packaged by our partner. Each board is protected with appropriate materials to ensure safe transport to your home.
Delivery rates

Flat rate of €90 including VAT per board up to 9'0", packaging included, and €96 including VAT for a board > 9'0
Estimated delivery time between 24 and 72 hours depending on the destination.
International delivery (Europe):
We offer delivery to most European countries.

Transport and tracking
Our shipments are handled by carriers specializing in the transport of surfing equipment and bulky items. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your board is shipped, allowing you to track its progress in real time.
Processing times
Each order is prepared with the utmost care.
The preparation time before shipment varies between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the model and availability.
You will be notified by email as soon as your board is ready to be shipped.
Reception and verification
Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery driver and do not hesitate to unpack the boards (even if the packaging appears to be in good condition). If you notice any damage, you must make specific and detailed reservations on the delivery slip; otherwise, the insurance purchased from the carrier will not cover the damage, which will then be your responsibility.
The reserves must be:
- written: formulated at the time of delivery
- specific: describing the delivery anomalies and damages
affected by the goods, with the reference or name of the parts concerned
- Complete: only damages mentioned in the reservations will be considered as existing at the time of delivery
The phrase "subject to unpacking," for example, is systematically rejected. Photos taken by the carrier are not valid; all damage must be reported.
