Right of withdrawal (online sales)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, any consumer customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.

This right applies only to standard products offered on the website www.zornglassurfboards.com , i.e. non-personalised and not custom-made.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom surfboards or surfboards made to customer specifications (dimensions, shape, type of resin, design, color, artwork, logos, etc.);

• Products manufactured to order according to the customer's specific choices;

• Items damaged, used or soiled upon receipt.

Non-personalized accessories (leash, covers, fins, wax, etc.) can be returned under the right of withdrawal if they are new, unused and in their original packaging.

Cancellation and return procedure

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision in writing to the following address:

The customer can use the standard withdrawal form available in the appendix to the General Terms and Conditions or any other written document clearly expressing their wish to withdraw.

Products must be returned to the above address within a maximum of 14 days following notification of the withdrawal decision. Products must be carefully packaged and protected to prevent any damage during transport.

Refund conditions

Zornglas Surfboards will process the customer's refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

The refund will cover the price of the product(s) in question as well as the initial standard delivery charges. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective products or order error

If an item has a manufacturing defect or an error in order preparation, the customer must contact Zornglas Surfboards within 48 hours of receipt at zornglassurfboards@gmail.com . One or more clear photos of the product will be requested for verification. After confirmation of the defect or error, Zornglas Surfboards will offer an exchange, repair, or a full refund (including shipping and return costs).

We ship your orders quickly within mainland France and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of your order:

• Colissimo France : Standard home delivery in 2 to 5 working days.
